The Day Before the Wedding – Let’s Catch Up!
We’d love to see as many of you as possible the day before the wedding, so we’re planning a casual get-together at:
Pub on the Wharf
📍 88 Beach Street, Queenstown
(Right on the waterfront!)
From 2:30 PM onwards on Saturday 4th October
Come by for a drink, a bite, and a mingle – nothing formal, just a relaxed chance to hang out and kick things off together.
This is the only planned pre-wedding get-together.
That said, we’ll be landing in Queenstown on 1st October, and we’ll be posting in the WhatsApp group (links below to group chat) with any spontaneous plans (drinks, walks, food stops – anything goes!). Feel free to post in there too – we may just join you.
We really want you to enjoy your time in Queenstown, so please prioritise yourselves and your holiday. There’s zero pressure to make it to everything – just having you at the wedding means the world to us.
The day before
🚌 Wedding Day Transport – Bus Stops & Info
We’ve finalised the transport to and from the venue and have organised four pick-up and drop-off stops across the Queenstown, Frankton, and Lower Shotover.

Each stop has been carefully chosen to be as central and accessible as possible – we’ll share exact timings closer to the day here, so keep an eye out there!

For those that want to leave earlier than the bus is scheduled (11:30pm). Taxi and Uber is avaliable in Queenstown.
